Order Policy

• Orders once placed cannot be modified or cancelled after shipment

• Customized products are non-refundable unless damaged

Return & Replacement

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery

• Products must be unused, in original packaging

• Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with images

Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
